Ceuta returning to normal as most migrants head back to Morocco

The Spanish exclave of Ceuta was returning to normal over the weekend after an unprecedented surge that saw up to 60,000 people cross from Morocco in just two days. Most arrivals have already returned to Morocco, but at least 72 migrants died during the crisis. Residents and officials are still grappling with the humanitarian, political and social fallout of the events.
