Sochan leaves Knicks for Portland Trail Blazers on one-year deal

Polish international Jeremy Sochan, 23, is set to join the Portland Trail Blazers on a one-year contract. It will be his fifth NBA season and his third different club in the league, having most recently been part of the New York Knicks championship roster.
