NASK research: TikTok suppresses content inconvenient for Beijing

Experts from NASK's Disinformation Analysis Centre analysed nearly 10,000 pieces of content on TikTok related to six topics considered sensitive by Chinese authorities. The study found that the platform may be deliberately limiting the reach of content inconvenient for Beijing, presenting users with a carefully curated version of reality. The findings are reported by Kornel Wawrzyniak in "Tygodnik Przegląd".
