Ukrainian activist: Ukrainian children beaten and abused in Polish schools
Ukrainian activist Natalia Panczenko describes in "Rachunek sumienia" how Ukrainian children in Poland are increasingly being beaten, verbally abused at schools and on trams, and are even afraid to speak Ukrainian to their mothers in public. She says she cannot understand how Polish society's attitude towards Ukrainian refugees shifted so drastically after the initial wave of solidarity at the outbreak of the war. Panczenko expresses deep disappointment and concern for the safety of Ukrainian children in Poland.
