Moscow restaurant bombing: 3 killed, 21 wounded at air force commander's birthday party

An explosion outside the upscale Balzi Rossi restaurant in central Moscow killed three people and wounded 21. The venue was hosting a private party, unofficially the 55th birthday celebration of Russian Aerospace Forces commander Alexander Chaika. Russian security services say a woman attempted to bring an improvised explosive device into the restaurant.
