Cuba power crisis: blackout hits five provinces including Havana

Cuba suffered another major power grid failure on Saturday, cutting electricity to five of the country's 15 provinces, including the capital Havana. State energy company Union Electrica confirmed the outage. The island has been under a US oil supply blockade since January, deepening its ongoing energy crisis.
