Tens of thousands of migrants stormed Ceuta — most have since returned to Morocco

Tens of thousands of migrants crossed from Morocco into the Spanish North African territory of Ceuta. Authorities said that most of those who crossed have since returned to the Moroccan side. Ceuta is one of Spain's two territories in North Africa and serves as an entry point to the European Union.
