Slavs and Vikings Festival draws thousands to Wolin island

The island of Wolin in Poland once again transformed into a medieval settlement during the annual Slavs and Vikings Festival. Thousands of historical re-enactors and history enthusiasts from Poland and abroad attended shows and battle recreations. Sunday 2 August marked the final day of the event.
