Poland still doesn't know the state of its shelters — inventory remains incomplete

Poland has still not completed an inventory of its existing shelter locations, and only just over six months ago did the country define what a new shelter should look like, journalist Bartosz Żurawicz told TVN24. Experts point to problems both with cataloguing old facilities and with building new ones, highlighting a significant gap in the country's civil defence system.
