Hungary's Paks nuclear plant shuts second unit due to low Danube water levels
Hungary's Paks nuclear power plant is shutting down one of its last two operating units due to a continued drop in the Danube's water level, Prime Minister Péter Magyar announced on Sunday. Such a situation has not occurred in 44 years. The Paks plant supplies a significant share of Hungary's electricity.
