Police find nearly half a kilo of mephedrone and cannabis after roadside deal spotted

Police on patrol spotted two men exchanging cash and a package by the roadside. A search of the 29-year-old's home and car uncovered nearly half a kilogram of mephedrone and cannabis. He was arrested, and a 34-year-old also involved in the exchange was charged.
