Helsinki Foundation lawyer: officials should recognise foreign same-sex marriages

Lawyer Jarosław Jagura of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights is calling on Polish officials to bypass a Constitutional Tribunal ruling and recognise same-sex marriages contracted abroad via transcription. Jagura hopes that civil offices will follow EU law rather than the domestic Constitutional Tribunal's guidance.
