Cuba blackout: five provinces including Havana lose power

Cuba suffered another blackout on Saturday as a failure in the national grid cut power to five of the island's 15 provinces, including Havana. More than four million people were affected, mostly in the western part of the country. State energy company Union Electrica confirmed the outage.
