Italy puts nearly all major cities on highest heat alert

Italy has placed 19 major cities, including Rome, Milan and Naples, on the highest heat alert level. By Monday, all but two of the country's major cities will be on red alert. Authorities are warning of extreme temperatures posing serious health and safety risks to residents.
