Nawrocki and Tusk mark Warsaw Uprising anniversary with warnings about freedom and tyranny

On the 81st anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising, President Karol Nawrocki paid tribute at the Monument to the Victims of the Wola Massacre, warning that "the world will not be good if it does not hold accountable the dictators and monsters who murder women and children." Prime Minister Donald Tusk reminded Poles that the insurgents fought for a freedom that is never guaranteed forever. Both leaders attended separate commemorations marking the 1 August anniversary.
