Spain says virtually all migrants have left Ceuta enclave

Spanish authorities say "virtually all" of the estimated 60,000 migrants who stormed its North African enclave of Ceuta have now left. Al Jazeera reported from the ground as the situation unfolded. The crisis triggered an emergency EU ministers' meeting scheduled for Tuesday.
