Death toll in Ceuta border crisis rises to 67 as migrants return to Morocco

The death toll in Spain's Ceuta border crisis has climbed to 67, including people who drowned and others killed in a stampede to cross a breakwater barrier. Tens of thousands of migrants have since crossed back into Morocco following the mass incursion into the Spanish enclave.
