Spain installs floating sea barrier at Ceuta after mass migration surge

Spanish authorities installed a floating barrier on the sea border between the enclave of Ceuta and Morocco following a surge of tens of thousands of migrants into the territory. The mass crossing triggered alarm across the European Union. Officials say most migrants have already been returned to Morocco.
