Poland's CBŚP opens recruitment for 241 posts — elite units struggle to find candidates

Poland's Central Bureau of Investigation (CBŚP) has launched recruitment for 241 vacancies, including in its Pursuit Operations Unit — known as the "shadow hunters" — and its combat department. Despite the prestige of the service, finding candidates who meet the demanding requirements is proving increasingly difficult. The recruitment drive covers almost all of the bureau's organisational units.
