Explosion at Moscow restaurant near US embassy kills 3, wounds about 20

An explosion struck a restaurant at Kudrinskaya Square in central Moscow on Saturday, near the US embassy. Moscow police confirmed three people were killed and around 20 wounded. Independent outlet Meduza cited reports pointing to a gas installation explosion as the cause.
