At least three dead in Moscow restaurant explosion

At least three people were killed in an explosion at a Moscow restaurant, police confirmed, without disclosing the cause. Unofficial reports say the venue had been hired for a birthday party for an FSB general. The blast reportedly occurred at the Italian restaurant Balzi Rossi near Kudrinskaya Square.
