Explosion at Moscow café kills 3 and wounds 15 at Kudrinskaya Square

Three people were killed and 15 injured in an explosion at a café on Kudrinskaya Square in Moscow, according to the TASS news agency. The cause of the blast has not yet been officially confirmed.
