Thailand: unique diplomatic pragmatism shadowed by internal power crisis
Thailand is the only country in Southeast Asia never colonised by a Western power, a history that shaped its unique, pragmatic diplomatic culture. According to Dr Barbara Kratiuk on the "Rzecz o geopolityce" programme, the country currently faces an internal power crisis, economic difficulties and tensions with neighbouring states. Its rapid development contrasts with these growing internal challenges.
