Italy heat wave: nearly all major cities on red alert by Monday

Italy is battling an extreme heat wave, with 19 major cities — including Rome, Milan and Naples — already on the highest red alert. By Monday, all but two of the country's major cities will be on red alert. Authorities are warning residents and tourists to avoid going outside during the hottest parts of the day.
