Wiebes wins Tour de France Femmes stage 1, Niewiadoma-Phinney finishes seventh

Dutch cyclist Lorena Wiebes of Team SD Worx won the opening stage of Tour de France Femmes in Lausanne, in the fifth edition of the biggest women's cycling race. Poland's Katarzyna Niewiadoma-Phinney of Canyon-SRAM, who won the 2024 edition, finished seventh.
