At least 67 dead in Ceuta crisis — Spain builds floating sea barrier

Following a dramatic migration crisis in which some 60,000 people crossed from Morocco into Ceuta, Spain has begun erecting a floating sea barrier. At least 67 people died during the crisis. The barrier is designed to block access to Tarajal beach, the main crossing point used by thousands of migrants.
