Spain erects floating barrier at Ceuta sea border after 60,000 migrants crossed

Spain began constructing a floating barrier on Saturday along the sea border between Ceuta and Morocco. The barrier is being built at Tarajal beach, the landing point for roughly 60,000 migrants who crossed from Morocco. Spanish authorities are still rounding up the last arrivals remaining in the exclave.
