76-year-old Polish man arrested for cane attack on Ukrainian woman in Pomerania

Pomeranian Police have arrested a 76-year-old Polish man who on Thursday struck a 40-year-old Ukrainian woman twice on the back of the head with a wooden walking cane before fleeing. The man was subsequently detained by officers. The case has been referred for further proceedings.
