Police warn: couriers delivering fake cash-on-delivery parcels — you don't have to pay

Police in Cieszyn are warning about a new fraud scheme in which criminals send cash-on-delivery parcels to random recipients, banking on unsuspecting people paying for goods they never ordered. Officers stress that recipients have no legal obligation to accept or pay for any cash-on-delivery parcel they did not order. Anyone in doubt should simply refuse the delivery.
