E-TOLL scrapped for vehicles with trailers up to 3.5 t from 21 September 2026

Poland's Ministry of Finance has announced that from 21 September 2026, vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tonnes towing a trailer will be exempt from the e-TOLL road charging system. Users who have already topped up their e-TOLL accounts will be able to apply for a refund of unused funds.
