Filip Marchwiński suffers serious knee injury, out for the season at Cracovia

Filip Marchwiński, the 24-year-old midfielder on loan at Cracovia from Italian side US Lecce, has suffered a serious knee injury and is ruled out for the rest of the season. The setback comes shortly after his arrival at the Kraków club.
