Washington Post opinion editor Adam O'Neal quits after just one year
Adam O'Neal, the millennial hired to lead the Washington Post's opinion section, is leaving after just one year, shocking staffers with a Friday announcement. He gave no reason for his departure, which is set for the end of August. The exit marks another major upheaval at the paper, which in February laid off nearly half its newsroom and saw publisher Will Lewis abruptly resign.
