22 EU leaders including Tusk demand emergency migration summit over Ceuta crisis

Twenty-two EU leaders, including Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, have called for an emergency meeting of interior ministers to address the ongoing migration crisis at Spain's Ceuta border. Their joint letter calls for increased Frontex support and more effective EU cooperation with Morocco. The appeal comes in response to what they describe as an organised push of migrants against the Spanish-Moroccan border.
