Man in Kłodzko charged with starving, beating and burning dog with cigarettes

Police in Kłodzko, Lower Silesia, established that a man had starved his dog, beaten, kicked and burned it with cigarettes. The animal was taken from its owner and placed in a shelter. The man has been charged with animal cruelty.
