Poland short of 100,000 blue-collar workers — nearly half don't answer recruiters' calls
Data from Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS) shows around 100,000 vacancies for blue-collar workers. Recruitment is proving extremely difficult: nearly half of applicants do not answer recruiters' calls, and more than 20% drop out during interviews, according to LeasingTeam Group data. Experts note that salary alone does not determine whether candidates accept a job offer.
