Poland plans 3% digital tax on tech giants' ad and data revenues

Poland's Ministry of Digitalisation is preparing a 3% levy on revenues from online advertising, social media activity and user data trading. The new tax has been named the "compensatory tax." The regulations are primarily aimed at large digital platforms operating in Poland.
