Ceuta: dozens dead, city paralysed, shops closed amid migration crisis

The death toll from the migration crisis in Ceuta continues to rise. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez criticised EU leaders for what he called a "selfish" response to the situation in the enclave.
