OPEC+ set to raise output again, but exporting extra barrels is the real hurdle

OPEC+ is considering raising its oil production quotas for a sixth consecutive month, but analysts warn that exporting the additional barrels is the far bigger challenge. The ongoing conflict involving Iran and risks to shipping through the Strait of Hormuz complicate any increase in supply reaching global markets. Even if quotas are lifted, prices may not fall as a result of the logistical and geopolitical constraints on exports.
