11-year-old hospitalised after friends spin carousel with e-scooters in Wara

An 11-year-old boy fell from a playground carousel and was taken to hospital in Wara in the Podkarpacie region. His friends had used electric scooters to spin the carousel to a dangerous speed. The boy suffered injuries as a result of the fall.
