Monika Richardson's son returns as driver after autism-related dismissal

Tomasz Malcolm, son of Polish TV presenter Monika Richardson, was dismissed from a transport company after his autism spectrum behaviours were misunderstood by his employer. His mother publicly raised the alarm after the dismissal. Passengers who booked a ride were surprised to find him back behind the wheel, as he unexpectedly returned to work as a driver.
