Spain installs floating barrier in Ceuta after migrant surge; at least 67 dead

Spain has installed a floating barrier in Ceuta following the mass influx of migrants from Morocco. Most of those who crossed into the Spanish exclave, around 50,000 people, have since returned to Morocco. Spanish authorities said at least 67 people died while attempting to enter Ceuta.
