Russians selling off Montenegro properties ahead of visa-free access ban

Russians are massively selling off real estate in Montenegro, according to The Moscow Times. The country was for years one of the most popular destinations for Russian citizens, but the government in Podgorica has decided to change its visa regulations. In a few months, Russians will no longer be able to enter Montenegro freely, triggering a sell-off of properties there.
