Poland 2027: higher taxes on alcohol, sugary drinks, property and TV licence confirmed

From 2027, Poles will pay more for alcohol, cigarettes, sugary drinks and the TV licence fee. Maximum property tax rates and ZUS social security contributions will also rise. Some of the increases have already been written into law or officially announced, while others remain at the proposal or forecast stage.
