IMGW warns of 35°C heat, hailstorms and 95 km/h gusts across most of Poland

Early August has brought exceptionally volatile weather to Poland: temperatures reaching 35°C, violent hailstorms, heavy rain and wind gusts up to 95 km/h. Poland's meteorological institute IMGW has issued warnings for almost the entire country, with the highest-level heat alerts in force in several voivodeships.
