GUS: Polish life expectancy rises to 75.4 years for men and 82.5 for women in 2025
According to Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS), life expectancy for a man born in Poland in 2025 is 75.37 years, and 82.48 years for a woman. Compared to 2024, that represents an increase of 0.4 years for men and 0.2 years for women. Since 1960, average life expectancy has grown by more than a decade, with the current rate of increase similar to the pre-pandemic period.
