"Selfie scam" in Spain targets mostly women tourists
A new scam known as the "selfie method" is spreading in Spain, targeting women — including Polish tourists — who are distracted while posing for photos. Fraudsters offer to take a picture or request a joint selfie, using the moment to steal valuables. Spain remains one of the most popular holiday destinations for Poles.
