From April 2026, paid parking lots must use fiscal registers from the first charge

Poland's Ministry of Finance has clarified that from 1 April 2026, owners of private plots and properties who charge for parking must register every transaction on a fiscal register. The obligation applies from the very first payment collected, with no exemption threshold. Customers are entitled to receive a receipt.
