Polish Home Inspections Check Boilers and Energy Certificates

Polish authorities are conducting inspections of residential properties to check what fuel is used in heating systems and whether owners hold a valid energy performance certificate. The obligation to have the certificate stems from a law introduced over three years ago. Heating system inspections are recurring and take place every 2, 3, 4 or 5 years depending on the installation type.
