Kristina Liutova, a 16-year-old Russian tennis player, has surprisingly reached the semi-finals of the WTA 250 tournament in Memphis, defeating seeded Caty McNally along the way. She is the latest emerging talent from Russian tennis. Only one player ranked in the WTA top 100 remains in the draw.
