60,000 migrants flood Spain's Ceuta from Morocco, thousands remain

Ceuta's president said 60,000 migrants crossed from Morocco into the small Spanish territory since Thursday. Most left voluntarily due to shortages of food, water and shelter, but thousands remain. Spain's prime minister called the mass crossing an attack.
